Licensed in Arizona since 1984 and having closed hundreds of transactions over that period of time, experience is my biggest asset. There is literally nothing a Buyer could bring in an offer to a listing, or a listed property could have, that I haven't encountered in my career. Here's a little bit about my background. I was born in Minnesota and grew up in Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana before moving to the Phoenix Valley in 1982. I met my wife, Marie, in Montana and she followed me here when I moved to the valley and she spent 35 years as a public school teacher. We've been happily married for 38 years, raising two kids and many dogs along the way. I love cooking, restaurants, sports, cars, movies, music, technology, and animals along with real estate.

I decided in 1984 that real estate was my career choice. With honesty and Midwestern values, I pride myself on being a straight shooter. I always tell my clients what they need to know even when it may not be what they want to hear, as that is the only way people can make informed, intelligent decisions. I also own a digital marketing company so I am very aware of the latest technology and trends in the digital world we now live in and use that knowledge to my client's advantage.
